Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a polite and professional manner.

• Understand customer queries, issues, or complaints and provide accurate solutions.

• Provide information about company products or services to customers.

• Update customer details, orders, and requests in the system/CRM.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School (12th pass); Graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).

• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.

• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
