Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using customer service software, databases, and tools.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Work Environment:
