Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist the customer support team in handling incoming queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information to students and parents regarding counselling services, courses, and admission processes.
• Maintain and update student data and enquiry logs in the system.
• Support the senior team during counselling sessions and webinars.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and counselling skills.
Educational Background:
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Arts, Commerce, Psychology, Education, or Management).
• Candidates from BBA, BA, B.Com, or similar backgrounds are preferred.
• Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email handling).
Experience Details:
• Fresher or minimum 6 months internship/experience in customer support, telecalling, or counselling domain.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Should be confident, polite, and professional while interacting with clients.
