Responsibilities
· Daily processing of calls received and outbound calls within assigned turnaround time
· Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes
· Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
· Develops and maintains documentation
· Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems
· Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control
· Keep process, technical, operational and sales knowledge (of self) maintained/updated
Skills
· Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
· Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for organizational interaction
· Fluent spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi
· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office
· Good presentation skills
· Flexibility to work in rotational shift and offs
Qualifications
Education: Any graduate/undergraduate from Govt. recognized universities, freshers acceptable
Experience: 0 - 6 months industry experience
Package
15,000 to 17,500 CTC per month
