• Prepare and send quotations, follow up with customers, and coordinate to close orders.

• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Provide technical support to customers by explaining machine specifications, layouts, and installation requirements, and resolve customer queries.

• Maintain project documentation, prepare order copies and related documents, coordinate with transport/logistics, and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
