Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.

Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.

Coordinate with the logistics team and courier partners for shipment issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide product information and assist customers with purchase-related queries.

Follow up on pending issues until proper resolution.

Maintain service quality and meet response time targets.
