🖥️ Job Role:

We are hiring a Computer Operator to manage our Customer Service Desk. The selected candidate will handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate support, and maintain data entry and basic system operations.

📞 Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage customer queries over the phone politely and professionally

• Maintain accurate records in the system or Excel

• Support ticket logging and basic troubleshooting

• Report to the customer care manager for unresolved issues

• Coordinate with other departments as needed

🧠 Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)

• Good communication skills (Hindi )

• Customer service mindset and patience

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate

⏰ Timing:

[9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ]
[Mon to Sat / Sunday off]
