Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer queries.
Assist patients and clients in understanding test reports and laboratory procedures.
Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic tests, sample collection, and turnaround times.
Coordinate with laboratory staff and phlebotomists for timely updates and resolutions.
Manage escalations and ensure prompt redressal of issues.
Maintain customer records, feedback, and complaint logs.
Support sales/operations teams with client communication as required.
Educate customers about available diagnostic packages, preventive check-ups, and promotions.
Education: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (if required).
Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests, laboratory processes, and healthcare services.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
Problem-solving ability with customer-oriented approach.
Freshers with DMLT qualification may also apply.
