Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
~ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
