  1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  2. Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

  3. Handle customer queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  4. Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, appointments, orders, and services.

  5. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/customer databases regularly.

  6. Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client requirements.

  7. Track customer interactions and follow-ups and provide timely updates to management.

  8. Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.

  9. Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
