Job Summary:
We are hiring for the position of Customer Success Associate for the PhonePe process at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing top-tier service, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time office-based role suited for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account-related concerns.
Ensure first-call resolution and follow-up on customer interactions as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of escalations.
Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to quality and productivity.
Required Skillset:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)
Strong grammar, pronunciation, and articulation
Qualifications:
Graduate from any field (mandatory)
Languages:
English (E), Hindi (H), Marathi (M)
Experience:
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience or sales acumen
