Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Promote and sell products/services to potential customers.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and customer service targets.
Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Age: 18 – 30 years
