Role Overview
As a Customer Representative, you’ll make outbound calls to potential customers, promote digital services, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Explain and promote digital offerings
Generate leads and schedule appointments
Update prospect information in the CRM
Follow up regularly to move leads forward
Work 6 days a week from the office
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or currently pursuing a degree
Excellent verbal communication in English and Kannada
Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
