Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide accurate information to customers to resolve issues.
Meet daily/monthly performance targets.
Coordinate with other departments to manage complex cases.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable working 6 days a week in Day Shift
