Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve queries and complaints promptly.
Provide accurate product/service information.
Update all interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
Escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain a positive and professional customer approach.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
