Manage and create customer orders on our dashboard
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests with patience and clarity
Coordinate with customers, ground teams, and vendors for real-time order updates
Handle objections professionally and ensure smooth order conversion
Explain processes clearly whenever customers need support
Excellent communication skills — both speaking and active listening
Fluent in English & Hindi (any South Indian language is a bonus!)
Great at time management and handling high call volumes
A self-driven individual who performs well independently
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Preferably from Arts or Commerce background
