Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (opc) Private Limited. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹23000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

Important Notes:

• This is a Voice Process / BPO Customer Support role involving inbound and outbound calling.

• Candidates must be comfortable with a 6 Days Working schedule and Day Shift operations.

• Excellent communication skills, customer handling, and problem-resolution ability are mandatory.

• The role includes achieving KPI targets such as Call Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Resolution Rate.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of BPO / Customer Care experience are eligible to apply.

• Salary range ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 will be finalized based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
