We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team ABC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to the Telecom / E-commerce / Service Industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
