*Role 1:Customer Service Associate (Off roll)*
Must have:
•	Strong communication and negotiation skills
•	Should be able to converse in English, Hindi + any regional language.
Responsibilities:
•	Handle inbound & outbound call for PAN India
•	Knowledge in Insurance and claims
•	Conduct customer engagement surveys
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Working Time: Rotational Shift - Between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Any 9 hours as per the roster)
*Experience: Fresher / 6 months*
*Salary : 16-18k*
*Role 2: Customer Experience Officer(Tamil)*
Must have:
•	Strong communication and negotiation skills
•	Should be able to converse in English, Hindi + Tamil
Responsibilities:
•	Handle inbound & outbound call for PAN India
•	Knowledge in Insurance and claims
•	Conduct customer engagement surveys
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Working Time: Rotational Shift - Between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Any 9 hours as per the roster)

*Salary : Upto 3.4 LPA*
*Role 3: Customer Service Associate - Renewal Tele calling (Off roll)*
Must have:
•	Strong communication and negotiation skills
•	Should be able to converse in English, Hindi + any regional language.
Responsibilities:
•	Outbound calling to existing customer for renewal/ retention and co-ordinate with channel partners for closure of renewal
•	Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Working Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
