Job Role: Customer Support Executive L1

Job Type: Full Time, Permeant

Location: HSR Layout (Work From Office)

Salary - 19K upto 25K in Hand CTC + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Eligibility: | Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner

 Identify and evaluate customers' requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions

 Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed

 Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent

communication

Required Skills:

 Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously

 Basic troubleshooting knowledge

 Excellent problem-solving abilities

 Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer service

 Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi
