We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Respond to customer queries across all platforms linked with the brand (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Website chat, etc.)
Handle order-related queries, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and general customer concerns
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written & spoken)
Understand customer issues empathetically and provide effective solutions
Maintain a problem-solving mindset and ensure timely resolution of queries
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Strong empathy and patience while dealing with customers
A proactive query-solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple conversations across platforms
Basic computer knowledge
Working Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: As discussed during the interview
Salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance
