Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries across all platforms linked with the brand (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Website chat, etc.)

  • Handle order-related queries, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and general customer concerns

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written & spoken)

  • Understand customer issues empathetically and provide effective solutions

  • Maintain a problem-solving mindset and ensure timely resolution of queries

  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns


Skills & Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Strong empathy and patience while dealing with customers

  • A proactive query-solving attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations across platforms

  • Basic computer knowledge


Working Details

  • Working Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Working Days: As discussed during the interview


Salary

  • Salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance
