Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at AXIS BANK KOTAK BANK IDFC BANK. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
