Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Multilingual – English + Hindi/Bengali/Kannada)
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational Shifts (6 days working)
Profile: Domestic Voice/Non-Voice Process
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with proficiency in English + Hindi, along with Bengali or Kannada, to join our Domestic Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries and complaints through voice and/or non-voice channels in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
Log and document customer interactions accurately.
Meet daily and weekly targets in terms of response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as scheduled.
Language Requirements:
Mandatory: Fluency in English and Hindi
Preferred: Fluency in either Bengali or Kannada
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Prior experience in customer support is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Flexible with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.
