• Accurately record and update customer informat•on in the system.

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, an• company policies.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned tea• whenever required.

• Maintain patience and a positive attitude while de•ling with customers.

• Meet assigned performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.•

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th •ass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experi•nced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortabl• working in a voice proces•.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good customer-handl•ng and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates should be target-oriented and•performance-driven.

Compensation•

• CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 p•r month approxima•ely
