📋 Job Responsibilities

- Verify and validate customer/candidate documents

- Check documents for accuracy and completeness

- Update and maintain records in the system

- Perform backend/non-voice documentation work

- Follow company verification and process guidelines

- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of documents
