Job Title: Customer Care Executive

📍 Location: Gorwa Road, Vadodara

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
Follow company policies and quality standards while handling customer interactions.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
