As a Customer Support Associate at ICICI Lombard, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with queries, policy information, and service requests. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening brand trust.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and services.

• Provide timely and accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up on unresolved queries.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

• Educate customers on policy terms, benefits, and digital self-service options.

• Graduate from any discipline.

• Fluency in the regional language (Kannada), and basic proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Good verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus.
