Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service reminders.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM software.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and dealership events.
