• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients throughout their journey with Arao Eterna.
• Assist customers during site visits, property presentations, and documentation processes.
• Address customer queries related to pricing, payment plans, project specifications, and handover timelines.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high level of client satisfaction post-sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads and nurturing warm prospects.
• Ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM and adhere to compliance standards.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism with HNIs and discerning buyers.
• Willingness to work on weekends and travel to project sites as required.
