Customer Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

• Understand client requirements related to interior design, layout, and finishes.

• Coordinate between clients, designers, and site execution teams to ensure seamless workflow.

• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and changes.

• Maintain and update client records in CRM software and track progress across all projects.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and presentation reviews.

• Follow up on leads, feedback, and after-sales service.

• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or escalations quickly and professionally.

• Share product catalogs, material options, and assist clients in decision-making when needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with background or certification in Interior Design.

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in an interior design or architectural firm.

• Knowledge of materials, furniture, space planning, and interior design trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project management software.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Customer-first approach with ability to manage multiple client interactions.
