We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, delivering excellent customer support, and resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree

  • Language proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory

  • Basic English communication skills are required
