We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about company products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to seniors when required
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/HRMS systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments for quick problem resolution
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi; regional language preferred)
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
