Job Title: Customer Support Executive (BPO)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, emails, or chats and provide quick and accurate solutions. The role requires good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
Provide product or service information
Maintain customer records and follow up when needed
