Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide information about products/services.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and politely.

  • Maintain accurate records of discussions and actions taken in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Provide product and service information to customers when requested.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
