Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a polite manner
Provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain proper call records and customer details
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
