Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and empathetically across various channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.

- Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive (minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
