Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls.

Maintain professional communication with customers.
Record customer details and call information in the system.
Escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
