We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Work closely with the support team to improve customer service processes
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy while dealing with customers
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Fluency in Hindi and basic English required
