Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable and adaptable candidate to provide onsite support for our client operations in Afghanistan. The role involves system support, coordination with local teams, and ensuring smooth technical/service assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for system operations and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

  • Train users on system functionality if required.

  • Prepare basic reports and updates on daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field; technical background preferred.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel and stay in Afghanistan for 2 months.

  • Prior support experience (IT/Operations) is an added advantage.
