Job Summary:

Orange Family Wedding Store is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Manage customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

• Follow up with customers for feedback and future business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of wedding fashion or interest in the industry is a plus.
