Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Whisk Cake Studio (Central Plaza Mall, Golf Course road).

We are into customized designer cakes and this role involves handling client calls and Whatsapp messages, client visits to studio, providing exceptional customer support and addressing queries and concerns related to their requirements of customized cakes. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client communication

  • Handle customer calls and WhatsApp messages in a professional and efficient manner

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints timely with a problem-solving and client friendly approach

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaboration with other teams

  • Work closely with kitchen and delivery teams to manage time delivery of the existing cake orders

• Communication with vendors for ordering raw materials and other stuff timely

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
  

Job Requirements:

Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days week during the Day shift. Knowledge of computer (excel, word, paint etc.) would be great.
