Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is fluent in English and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about the services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call centre preferred.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
