Vijay Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support services from home. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries
Respond to customer emails and messages
Provide product information (Men, Women & Kids clothing)
Assist customers with order tracking and returns
Resolve complaints politely and professionally
Maintain daily customer interaction records
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Basic smartphone or laptop knowledge
Stable internet connection
Customer-friendly behavior
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
