Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Care Executives. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) efficiently and courteously

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation

• Age: 18 to 30 years

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (kannada/Tamil/ Malayalam)One regional language

• Ability to handle objections and resolve queries confidently

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
