Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
Promote company products/services and close sales
Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales and service targets
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Experience in customer service/sales (preferred, not mandatory)
