We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for our Voice & Sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Experience in customer service/sales (preferred, not mandatory)
