Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).

Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida Sector 63

Salary Package: Up to ₹18,300 CTC

In-hand Salary: ₹15,100

Fixed CTC: ₹15,700

Shift Allowance: ₹2,600

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to net banking via voice calls.

  • Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and transaction-related concerns.

  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Night Shift Allowance: ₹2,600

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Handle net banking related queries via email and chat support.

    • Address customer concerns related to transactions, login issues, and password resets.

    • Ensure clear, accurate, and professional written communication.

    • Maintain proper records of interactions and follow up as required in the system.
