Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the TVS Inbound Process. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information, resolving concerns, and delivering an excellent customer experience through inbound voice support.

Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.

Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer interaction records in the system.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Follow company processes and service quality standards.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate

Experience in customer service, BPO, or voice process will be an added advantage

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Language Requirements: Fluent Hindi & Basic English
