Job Description – Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive


Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, provide career guidance, assist them in choosing the right training program, and support them throughout the admission process for industry-leading courses.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and programs.

Guide students and parents on career opportunities in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.

Connect with prospective candidates, understand their educational goals, and maintain regular follow-ups.

Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM/system.

Encourage prospective students to visit the institute for counselling sessions and complete the admission process.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission objectives.

Deliver a positive and professional experience through effective communication and personalized counselling.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

Graduate (Preferred)

Undergraduates may also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)


Experience

6 months to 8 years of experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Lead Management, Customer Support, Telecommunication, or related roles.


Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Experience in outbound calling and interacting with prospective customers or students.

Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to understand candidate requirements and address queries effectively.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
