About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and articulate Customer Support Executives to join our International Chat and Voice Support Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our global customers—resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via chat and voice with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
Record and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – clear, fluent, and confident.
Basic technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools, chat systems, and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
Willingness to relocate to Mohali (for non-local candidates).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
