Working Hours & Schedule:

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (with result in hand); Graduates/Undergraduates may apply

• Experience: 0.5 to 2 years (minimum 6 months preferred in telecalling/customer support/sales)

• Age Limit: 18 – 34 years

• Gender: Male / Female

• Languages Required: Fluent in English and Telugu

• Skills Required:

  • Basic Computer Knowledge

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Sales & Customer Support Exposure

  • Outbound Calling / Lead Generation experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students to introduce and explain Frankfinn’s career-oriented courses

• Convince interested students to attend a free career counselling session at the institute

• Maintain a follow-up with potential leads to track their interest and visit status

• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of daily calling activity

• Work towards achieving individual targets related to lead generation and walk-ins
